Returns Policy

There are NO refunds or returns for goods ordered on this site.  The products shown on this site are all custom made.

A size chart - specific to each apparel item - is shown in the Description area of each page.  We strongly urge you to review the size chart for the individual item that you are ordering.  Different manufacturers and styles will often result in different measurements.

If you receive an item that is defective please contact us at:  aafesattire@aol.com   We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return this item.

Shipping

Custom-made items will take 5-7 business days in total. Shipping time is usually 2-5 days from the time we have shipped the items.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders sent Overseas must have an APO/FPO address.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO will ship via the U. S. Post Office - Priority Mail.

Orders shipped to the continuous 48 states will ship via the small parcel carrier selected by American Eagle Imagewear, Inc.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost for you based on the availability, weight and dimensions of the total of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight and dimension based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The items on this web site are all custom made to order.  While we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, it is likely that you can expect your order to be processed and shipped in 5-7 business days.  Email confirmations will be sent when your order has shipped.
